How do I view all that I have stored in iCloud and select/delete those items that I no longer want stored?

So, I did what you recommended. Went through the steps (using my iPhone - not on computer). Got to the end and got a message that said something like” operation could not be completed. Unable to communicate with a helper application.”

Help please....
