My right AirPod sound quality is very low

My right AirPod sound quality is very low & my left one is the regular sound quality sound. I’ve tried everything to make the right AirPod sound regular again but it didn’t work. I also had a case open about 30 days ago , so i could get new AirPods from bestbuy but they were only taking appointments
