I am trying to sell my phone it’s a iPhone 6s I can’t get it off the support.apple.com/iPhone/restore I have had to hard reset it and it keep coming back after I plug it back up to charge it

Can’t stop it from doing this

You need to restore it through iTunes on your computer.
