I bought more storage for my iPhone but it keeps telling me that my storage is full. I don’t many photos or videos and I deleted apps to see if that would help and it’s still saying the same thing. How can this be fixed?

Do you mean you signed up for additional iCloud storage? This doesn't expand the storage of your phone..
You need to see what is taking up all the space
go to Settings>General>iPhone Storage
