Bluetooth Microsoft Surface Mouse not working with MacBook Pro 2019. It is not even detecting it.

Thanks for visiting here Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have a third-party Bluetooth mouse you are attempting to pair with your MacBook Pro, but it doesn't appear to be recognized. We're happy to help!

First, make sure the mouse is not currently connected with any other devices. While you can likely pair the mouse with multiple computers, it can only be actively connected to one at a time. Then, make sure the mouse is in pairing mode. You may need to check with Microsoft on how to do this.
