Forgot my password and my 3 days waiting time has expired

I have forgotten my password and I have contacted you as per ID or ref number ***, my waiting time was supposed to expired today at 7.15 central time and I have not heard from your support department. Your prompt action would be appreciated.

Get Support          Work through the screens to get a chat option. You may have to pick a slightly different problem.

See Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204921Read the whole document carefully, not just the excerpt below. It tells you how to proceed from this point.

 

“Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. After you request account recovery, you'll get an email with a confirmation of your request and the date and time of when you can expect to regain access. … When the wait period is over, Apple sends you a text or automated phone call with instructions to regain access to your account.”

If you are locked out of your Apple ID account you can go to https://iforgot.apple.com

This will provide you with the recovery steps you put in place for this situation.
