Online Orders

I ordered clothes from Pacsun and used Apple pay to purchase. It had the wrong address and I didn't get a confirmation email from Apple. Is there a way to cancel my order?

Cancelled Order I placed an online order for a MacBook Air with same day delivery. Paid in full on my VISA Debit and Apple took the money from my account however the order never showed up. The order status never changed from Processing. The next morning I get an email from Apple to say that they have cancelled my order. No explanation as to why and they still have my money. What a crappy way to do business. I'm so unimpressed with Apple right now.

Action Required I ordered myself a Macbook m1 and I got this email saying they’re “having trouble with my payment - To avoid a delay in receiving your order, please update your payment information by signing in to your Order Status page. This will usually resolve the problem. If it doesn't, contact your card provider and let them know you placed an order with Apple.” I’ve signed in and it just shows what I’ve ordered & no other actions for me to do. Do I actually have to call my bank or is this a scam?

you would have to call Pacsun to cancel the order
