[APPLEID] Rest my password without mobile number

Hi,

I forget my apple id password.

When I go to forget password page.

I need to enter my mobile number.

But I forget it!!!!

How can I reset my apple ID without mobile number?

Is there any way to reset my password, like using email(apple id)?

Thanks

Hary

See Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password  https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204921

“Account recovery might take a few days or longer, depending on the specific account information you can provide to verify your identity. After you request account recovery, you'll get an email with a confirmation of your request and the date and time of when you can expect to regain access. … When the wait period is over, Apple sends you a text or automated phone call with instructions to regain access to your account.”

Hi donv,

Yes, All the methods I have try and stuck in this step:

Confirm your phone number.

This is the key question, I don't know this phone number as this has been setup by hacker (before two-factor authentication enabled).

I have try

https://iforgot.apple.com/

Iphone settting account forget password,

Iphone app: Apple support.

All of them are need to input the phone number(but not my phone number).

So my question is how to get my apple id back without phone number???

That is it.

Or can you help to lock this account first?

Or tell me how to lock this account first?

Thanks so much!!!

Hi Dah•veed,

Yes, the two-factor authentication has enabled(by hacker),

and the mobile number has been lost control!!!!

As this is like a hacker behavior.

I am the apple id owner but the hacker control my appid (not yet have two-factor authentication) & turn on two-factor authentication & setup a new mobile number (not setup any phone number berfor).

the hacker can control this mobile number, and also delete my all trust devices & turn off my security questions.

Currently only the apple id account (email) can prove this apple id is my but not the mobile number!!!

But two-factor authentication only recognized the mobile number or trust devices (but has deleted).

I have try on my iphone device & apple website, all of them need the mobile before go ahead.

Can you tell me how long the waiting period is & how to turn on recover mode!!!

Thanks.
