Two dead ipad pros!
Two 2 year old ipad pros have bricked within a day! Both were left to run down and now won't charge. I just see a charge me screen every 30 seconds or so. Can anyone help?

It’s never a good idea to run an iPad to the point where it will shut-down.
As described, whilst not excluding the possibility that the battery of both iPads have failed, your Power Adapter and/or cable may be a stronger candidate for failure. You should attempt to isolate the issue by systematically changing the Power Adapter - and charging cable “known good” examples of each. The Power Adapter should be rated at 10-12W as a minimum.
Connect and leave the iPad to charge from a known good Power Adapter, otherwise undisturbed, for several hours. If you are lucky, your iPad may retain adequate charge to power-on.

Have you tried the new, simple hard reset procedure for the new 2018/2020 iPad Pro models.
1. Press and Release the Volume Up button.
2. Then immediately Press and Release the Volume Down button.
3. Then, Press and Hold the Power Button at the top. You will see the Slide to Power off button, but keep on holding down the Power Button until you see the Apple logo, then let it go.
Once you have performed all the steps, wait for a few seconds and your 2018 iPad Pro will boot up completely to the iPad Pro’s Lock screen.
Good Luck!
We are having the same problem. Our iPad Pro’s are 18 months and 7 months old and the problem only started after we updated to 13.5.1
