Music spinning battery draining
battery draining as music keeps trying to unseccsesfuly download in the background. help! None of the songs download and the batter just drains to nothing. It’s an endless cycle

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! We see that you're having trouble downloading music for offline play, and we'd like to help.
We'd recommend stopping the 43 downloads and then try just one song. Plug into power, so you can save battery life.
Are you able to download one song on its own? Try both Wi-Fi and cellular data for that one song.
Restart your iPhone, then try again with the one song.
If it's still not downloading, verify that Safari works as expected when accessing a website.
Verify that your iPhone is up to date with iOS 13.5.1.
