Can you use an iMac Pro 2018 with a 2013 non-retina display iMac as a second monitor?

There is no 2018 iMac Pro. The iMac Pro was released in 2017, and has not seen an update since.


You can use a 2013 iMac as a display for a 2017 iMac Pro. See here: Use your iMac as a display with target display mode - Apple Support


The resolution will be limited on the 2013 iMac however, as it cannot display the native 4K or 5K resolution of the 2017 iMac Pro.
