how do you update your new serial number or a replaced airpod pro 2?
One of my airpods Pro 2 (right) was replaced. How do I update the serial number of that new airpod on my iphone?

You don't, there is no reason to.
The only serial number that matters is the charging case.
It's only used for warranty coverage.
