How do I get my all my apps from my new iPhone? I click off quick start by accident.

The quickest way would be to erase your device and set it up as a new phone with an iCloud or iTunes backup. Otherwise you'd have to install every single app manually.
You can follow the following steps to erase your phone:
- Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
- Now tap on General.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap on Reset. ...
- Tap on Erase All Content and Settings.
- Tap on Erase Now.
- Enter your Passcode.
After this follow the steps on phone to set up your phone without the quick start option as you need to restore a previous back-up.
