help with NOTES

one of my notes got deleted and cannot get it back

not in icloud

also I did not delete the information inside the note

iPhone 7, iOS 13

how long ago did you delete this note?

When you delete a note, it is supposed to go into a 'Recently Deleted' folder for 30 days. If you are beyond that 30 days, I doubt you'll ever get that note back.


If you go into your notes list, up in the top left should be an option to go back < Folders

I do this, I see my iCloud Notes folder and a Recently Deleted folder. If you have the Recently Deleted folder, go into it and see if your note is there. If it is, select the 3 dots in the upper right, Select Notes, check the note you want to recover, select Move To... at the bottom left, then select the folder you want to move it back into
