I made a purchase 3 times on July 3rd 2020. The money came out of my account and I didn’t receive anything I payed for. I was wondering if I would be able to get a refund. Please get back to me thanks.

Were the purchases successful, or are you only seeing temporary authorisation holds : If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support ?
