How do I get into iCloud storage
I want to get my contact and photo to my new phone

If you had the sync options on in the old phone, turn the same options on in the new phone and they will automatically sync to it. At Settings > [username] > iCloud > Contacts and Settings > [username] > iCloud > Photos > iCloud Photos.
