When I’m reading an article or playing a game, iPhone 11 gives no notification of incoming calls, neither a ring nor a vibration. I don’t know a call has even come in until the banner drops down from the top saying missed call - even when the caller is saved in contacts. Help!

It seems you're having trouble with missing calls on your iPhone and we can help.
Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled?
Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb, make sure this is off at the top.

If that isn't on, then it might be an issue where calls aren't being delivered to your device entirely, and in that case you should contact your carrier for assistance with these calls getting missed.
