I paid for the entire 2020 MLB season and would like a full refund (so I can, in future, pay month to month) for games that are due to start end of July. Please let me know how to get a refund - please no cookie cutter responses - I get it - but no one could have predicted a COVID outbreak and I never received game access so you should be refunding all MLB paid subscriptions.

Look for an email directly from MLB TV. I received one today detailing the refund policy for the season. There was a link in the email to request a refund.

How can I get through to iTunes or anybody all I get is round and round nobody to talk too or any help. We all thought IBM in the 80’s was big brother, guess who is big brother now..all hail Apple!!
