My touch ID does not work. Why cant I use my password instead
When ask for my touch ID, it does not work. Why cant it just ask for my password? Or how can I fix my touch ID

You can always use your passcode instead of Touch ID.
You can try to reset Touch ID in Settings->Touch ID & Passcode. By removing and re-adding fingerprints. Or simply disable it there all together for the 4 options it can be used for.
