iCloud Storage Plan downgrade
Just upgraded to a larger plan today, and realized that I don't need it, and system not giving me option to downgrade back to what I previously had at 200gb
iPhone 6s Plus, iOS 13

Hi EvieAZ77, you can use your iOS device, a Mac, or a computer to downgrade again (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT207594). If the option is grayed out, you probably exceeded your previous storage plan and can't switch back.
Alternatively, as javaliga mentioned before, you can contact the Apple support to get a refund, if applicable in your region, or switch to another plan (https://getsupport.apple.com/).
Unfortunately, all efforts to contact seem to be down. I was ultimately just told to try another time. I did find some other threads with people saying that they, too, experience the grayed out done sign when trying to downgrade...and that if the new selection is in blue (even though you can’t finalize it by clicking don’t) and the current selection still says the one I want to change...that I will see the lower (blur checked) charge next month.
