Monthly Payments
I really want to buy the iPad mini 5, but I cannot pay full price right away, is there a way I can pay monthly? This is my first apple device I want to buy, I don't own any iOS to do apple pay.

If you do not have a credit card that you can use, the only other method I know of to do payments is to make your purchase through your carrier.
