You are not going to unlock it without a computer. Since your iPhone is new then I recommend that you contact ➔ Apple Support and see whether they can guide you to an open Apple Store or a Service Center to get your iPhone's passcode reset. I am not sure whether they can help in this way however it will be a good idea to check since your iPhone 11 Pro Max is still under warranty.
