change country from Australia to Ireland

Hi everyone,

Two years ago, I moved home to Ireland from Australia. Many a time I have tried to download Irish apps and have not been allowed. I’ve been unable to change my country (Australia) when I try to edit my address in my account settings. What would you suggest I do to rectify this?
