my watch has started to alarm "sos emergency" and in a few seconds it dials 911.....
now it is asking me to a. erase all content or b. cancel.
using cancel it stars all over again...….

Try a hard reset. -
Press & hold the Side Button and the Digital Crown together until the appears, then release.
