Apple Watch Set up

Hello! So my sister in law gave me her old Apple Watch and I’m trying to set it up but it seems to still be connected to her account. What do I need to do in order to set it up with my account?

She needs to release the watch from Activation Lock in her Apple ID account. Activation Lock prevents the watch from being used by a thief or someone who finds a lost watch.
