So to confirm... you’ve gone through all of: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support
Does your iPhone 6 plus (or iPhone 6s Plus?) connect to other Wi-Fi networks; are the issues isolated to this Wi-Fi network?
Do other devices connect correctly to this Wi-Fi network?
Rebooted the Wi-Fi network router, reset iPhone network settings, etc?
If everything else is working and this iPhone is not connecting to this or any other Wi-Fi networks, check with Apple Support about your options and alternatives for this iPhone, using the link in the upper right.

Okay, your footer shows iPhone 6s Plus. (iPhone 6 can’t run iOS 13.). After all of the above steps have been tried and maybe after a long-shot restart, seems you’re headed for a discussion with Apple Support.
It is an iPhone6 Plus.
My MacBook Pro and my wife's iPad both connect to the Wifi network.
The network has been rebooted.
When trying to link to the network occasionally the wifi triangle briefly flashes.
