You're not addressing Apple here. We are merely users like yourself and have no say in whether or not you're eligible for a refund. That said, if you'd like to request one, you can do so either by contacting Apple Support over the phone by visiting getsupport.apple.com and scheduling a call, or by following the instructions in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084.
