Please refer to the Apple provided information in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201415. If this does not solve your problem, then you can attempt to restore your iPhone to factory settings and set it up as new to rule out any software issues/corruption. If this also fails to resolve the problem, then this indicates an internal hardware failure and it's time to start considering purchasing a new phone.
