Why i cant buy in app it say just conatc itunes suport

See 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208856. This link says: "There might be a problem with the payment method that you have on file. When you see the message, don't try to edit any of your account information. Instead, contact Apple Support for help.”

Use the Apple recommended support link above first. Sometime this site is down. Use the support options I give below if necessary.

Method of Payment Issue:

This message pops up for Security & Privacy purposes of your Apple Account, in particular when your Method(s) of Payment is not going though. As you might suspect, no one here would know the reason for this occurrence, of course. So, contact Apple Support. They’ll know why this occurred and will run you right through the fix.

• Proceed from there as necessary
