Receiving calls from Apple regarding my icloud

do you answer calls from Apple? I don’t speak to anyone over the phone. Can’t get anyone when I call so I guess I’ll never know if something is wrong with my iCloud

There's nothing wrong with your iCloud. Apple will never call you out of the blue. These are scam calls. Ignore.
