Visual voicemail

I purchased a brand new XR the screen broke and Apple replaced my phone, now with this replacement device visual voicemail is no longer an option anywhere. I have same old service as ever and visual voicemail was available on my brand new phone??? I never had to enable it through my carrier, it’s a standard feature through Verizon.

Visual Voicemail is a carrier feature; you need to contact your carrier’s tech support. The need to update their database with the new phone’s IMEI and reprovision VVM.
