So I have never set up a voicemail on my current phone and when I try to now it tells me that voicemail is unavailable. I’ve restarted the phone and reset the network settings so I was wondering if anyone can help me figure out what would be wrong??

Voicemail is a specific carrier's service. Contact them to have that feature enabled.
