Is there any way I can connect my credit card to my iPhone?

Hello,just want to ask few questions.

I'm from Serbia and we don't have apple support here. Is there any way I can connect my credit card (master) to my iphone ?

When trying to add my debit card to the wallet it says “unable to add card” I previously used the same card with my previous phone and watch for Apple Pay with no issues. On the list of all states,there is no Serbia therefore I can't place zip code of my country.
