About my I phone x repairing

This is my first and last experience with apple... I am so dissatisfy with this services.. 4th of June I went to b2x btd for solving my camera problem.. They took my phone and give me 15 days time... Now today is the 35th day...no one revert my mail no one pic up my calls... B2x is closed so what can i do please tell me for God sake...
