Admin name

How can I retrieve my admin name? I can remember my password but not the name? I thought it would normally appear but it did not anymore.

MacBook, macOS 10.13

Go to System Preferences > Users & Groups > [your account name]

That might show you the name already.

If not, under 'Show fast user switching menu as' select 'Full Name'.

From now on you should see your full user name top right of our screen.
