The length of the free interest period for Apple Card Monthly Installments is 6, 12, or 24 months depending on which product you buy. See the "Featured Products" section of https://www.apple.com/apple-card/monthly-installments/

The monthly payment depends on the price of the product and the length of the installment period as described above.
