I bought a second hand Mac Pro Late 2013 2 weeks ago and it keeps crashing. In particular when using Photoshop or Lightroom. IT crashes sometimes when Im not using it. I get the notification when I go to use it.
Can anybody decipher what the crash report means please? May be it will direct me to the fix?

Those are not likely to be related to the problem in the slightest.
This is likely a graphics card issue, and solutions are few, other than replacing the active, display-driving graphics card, which is complex and parts are hard-to-find.
That report indicate the graphics subsystem stopped responding.
Those are unlikely to make a difference. A very intrusive extension like an Anti-Virus could fool you into thinking there was a problem, when the problem was the anti-Virus software itself (it is not necessary and causes problems where none exist.)
Hi Grant, I'm not sure what to do, should I downgrade to a previous OS and hope it helps or look at replacing the Graphics Card. The guy I bought it from swears he had no problems with crashes. The machine has two 32GB Ram cards but it is recommended that the configuration should be 4 16GB cards, could that be an issue?

Thanks again for your help. You helped me solve the problem(fingers crossed!!!). You got me thinking when you said "display-driving...' It looks like the problem was the HDMI cable. I was using a cheap one. I swapped it out for a better (thicker) cable and no crashes since. I even have a better images quality!! If you are every in Ireland, I owe you a couple of pints of Guinness!!! Thanks again.

That report does not show the third-party extensions added, but if there are none, then that would be a reasonable conclusion.
When you say third party extensions what do you mean please? Also will replacing the Graphics card be the solution? Really appreciate your help on this, thanks again,
I actually found the extensions folder. I had Adobe Colour sync running and Google Back up and Sync. I have unticked them. Will that make a difference in your opinion?
