Am from Africa country Tanzania there is only network which is Airtel, Tigo , Vodacom and zaintel but me am using Halotel and TTCL which is not included to the carriers i think that is main problem please help me

how do you get a mobile network carrier registered with apple I have check on wireless network providers list for both iPad and iPhone for Zimbabwe and my network provider NetOne is not listed, what does this mean and at the same time how can they get added to the list. Iphone 7 not able to connect to mobile network Iphone7 is not able to connect to carrier network. Carrier is Airtel India. The same Sim is working fine in other phones. Iphone 7 shows keep searching in carrier placeholder.
