How do you enable desktop audio as an output?

For instance, if i want to screen-share on apps like Discord, they can't hear anything. For recording my screen using either Quicktime or OBS, still i can't use desktop audio.

I've found a workaround for Discord, as it uses a virtual cable when you bootcamp to Windows. But the problem with OBS remains.

Is there an easier way to enable desktop as an output? If not, how would i go about installing a virtual cable?

Thanks Elis.
