my personal hotspot

when i open my personal hotspot the other devices cannot connect if it was in the 4g, i must swirch it to 3g to connect, how can i solve this problem to let the hotspot works in 4g

Personal hotspot is a feature of your wireless service plan. If you have questions about its limitations or how it should work, then you will need to work with your wireless provider to get the answers you seek.
