How is your phone locked exactly? Is it a passcode that you don't know or remember? If so, then follow these steps. Are you referring to Activation Lock? If so, just enter your Apple ID and password and you can unlock your device. Are you referring to a carrier lock? If so, then you'll need to work with your carrier to get it unlocked.
