The beeping indicates either bad RAM or a bad memory slot (Logic Board). Are the memory modules the original Apple memory or has the memory been upgraded? If the memory has been upgraded with third party RAM, then maybe the memory is incorrect for this particular laptop or memory is just bad. Macs are very picky about the RAM used in them memory from Crucial or OWC is best when upgrading the memory.
Make sure to disconnect both power adapter & battery before removing or installing RAM and other internal components. To see which part is bad remove one stick of RAM and power on the laptop. If it beeps, then shut the laptop off & disconnect the power adapter & battery. Move the RAM stick to the other memory slot. Try powering on the laptop again.
If you still get the beeping, then remove the stick of RAM and put it to the side. Now try the second stick of RAM in each of the memory slots.
If you get beeps no matter which RAM or memory slot is used, then either you have incompatible RAM or maybe all three parts have been damaged (it may only have been one bad stick or slot originally, but moving parts around could have damaged the good part/slot).
