Macbook Pro 2011 just beeps

My MacBook Pro 2011 was working fine, and all of a sudden started beeping! I tried removing the ram, unplugging the hard drive, the battery, and nothing! And now, as soon as I push the power button,

just beeps, three times every 5 seconds! I also tried pushing all the keys that people say to push

and nothing! It is very frustrating!

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

The beeping indicates either bad RAM or a bad memory slot (Logic Board). Are the memory modules the original Apple memory or has the memory been upgraded? If the memory has been upgraded with third party RAM, then maybe the memory is incorrect for this particular laptop or memory is just bad. Macs are very picky about the RAM used in them memory from Crucial or OWC is best when upgrading the memory.

Make sure to disconnect both power adapter & battery before removing or installing RAM and other internal components. To see which part is bad remove one stick of RAM and power on the laptop. If it beeps, then shut the laptop off & disconnect the power adapter & battery. Move the RAM stick to the other memory slot. Try powering on the laptop again.

If you still get the beeping, then remove the stick of RAM and put it to the side. Now try the second stick of RAM in each of the memory slots.

If you get beeps no matter which RAM or memory slot is used, then either you have incompatible RAM or maybe all three parts have been damaged (it may only have been one bad stick or slot originally, but moving parts around could have damaged the good part/slot).

Thanks a lot for your response! I did all that you said and still the same situation, I just talked to a computer guy

and I'm going to take it in tomorrow so he can fix it. He thinks is either that the ram slots went bad, or the mother board.

Oh well, let's see what happens and how much the damage is going to be. I'll keep you posted. Thanks again!
