iTunes App Missing
My iTunes app has disappeared from my iPhone. I tried syncing, and it keeps canceling the sync. Anyone else having this problem.

There is no app with the name iTunes on an iPhone. There is the iTunes Store app and the Music app but neither can be deleted. The iTunes U app can be deleted and reinstalled. See: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support
If one of those is missing, try using search: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201285
