BibTeX link won't load on Google Scholar

On Google Scholar, when I try to click on "Import into BibTeX" to get a citation for an article, the page won't load. I've found this to be the case across different Mac laptops, but not on any Windows computers. How do I fix this?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15

We understand you are unable to load specific web pages on your Mac.

We would recommend reviewing this article: If Safari doesn't load a page or webpage items are missing.
