It's very unlikely there’s anything nefarious installed, but check for unfamiliar apps. If you shared any passwords or accounts, change them all. Start with your Apple ID. Then check your settings for call/message forwarding.

• Phone > Call Forwarding > should be OFF
• Messages > Text Message Forwarding > turn off what doesn't belong
• Face Time > delete any numbers or emails not related to Your accounts.

Did she have unrestricted access to your phone for any length of time to do that?

No. Unless you jailbbroke the phone, neither spyware nor viruses can be installed on an iPhone.

Only if you installed some or allowed someone to install some?

Restore your phone.

Change your Apple ID password and any social media site accounts passwords.

Change your phones passcode.
