Nikon DSLR Wired Tethering to iPad

How to tether a Nikon DSLR that does not have bluetooth or Wifi to ipad(through lightning-USB Cable) to shoot with and use Live View on the iPad? The manufacturer’s app works only with WiFi enabled cameras. There are a ton of 3rd party app on Android.

Is there any app for it?
