If your Mac and phone were both syncing Documents and Desktop folders to iCloud, you can probably find your files on your iPhone in the Files folder.

If you did not use iCloud, you are out of luck at this point. If you were backing up the computer using Time Machine or creating a bootable clone when you replace or repair your dead Mac you can use that backup to restore to the new computer. If you were not backing up, you are about to learn a painful lesson on why backing up is absolutely critical.
