Photos

Hello, i just got a new phone and when i transferred my stuff over from my iphone 7 plus to my iphone 11 not all my photos transferred over and my iphone 7 plus has had a factory reset already so i’m not sure if there is any way to get the photos at this point.

Have you checked the memory capacity of your new phone? It could be that whatever was on your iPhone 7 may have been in excess of the iPhone 11. Were any of your photos stored in iCloud? If so, that's where they still are.

If you haven't turned on iCloud Photos, iCloud Backup may include photos and videos in your Photos or Camera Roll. ... If iCloud Photos is turned on, then the photos were stored in iCloud Photos. You haven't mentioned the process of transfer. Wired or Wireless? iCloud or iTunes? iPhone to iPhone Migration or not?


However id you iPhone 7 has already been erased then


Please check the following

  1. If you have restored your iPhone with a backup which does not contain the Photos that you are looking for then please look for correct backup on your PC/Mac --> Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple ...
  2. Probably you may have un-synced photos with Mac / PC, sync them again
    1. For PC: --> Sync photos in iTunes on PC with devices - Apple Support
    2. For Mac --> Sync photos between your Mac and iPhone or iPad - Apple ...
  3. Have you ever imported your photos to Mac/PC and used Delete after Import --? Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod ...
  4. Do you have a backup (iTunes) --> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup ...
  5. Have you ever uploaded them to any Cloud Drives Cloud Drives (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox, Flickr, box, AmazonDrive, Adobe Creative Cloud etc)
