This, fixed my problem. Try airplane mode, open viber, go to settings and play a while. Then disable airplane mode and wifi. Stay on 4G and it works.
well i got it working after removing facebook app, i read somewhere that facebook SDK made this mess. not sure if it is the actual root cause.

Not only viber but also many apps were crashed because of not compatible with another app. Just wait for dev team can fix.
