Airpods Pro

Why is it that one of my airpod pro's isnt charging? one will say charged 99 and the other will say 57 or not charged, even when it's been on the charger all night.

I constantly have connection issues too, for example when I do the a test it'll say "insert both airpods," or sound will only come out of the left side. I got them as a christmas present and thought perhaps it was my old iphone (perhaps not compatible) but now I have an iphone 11 and am still having the same issue. Anyone else?
